The Brief

Optimizely’s ANZ expansion required more than a launch moment — they needed immediate brand credibility, a high-performing demand engine, and a sustainable GTM framework to unlock growth in a new region.

Launch Event: Setting the Foundation

We created a high-energy launch experience at the Museum of Contemporary Art, themed “Where Creativity and Technology Collide.”
The event sparked early excitement, strengthened channel relationships, and positioned Optimizely as a bold, innovative force from day one.

Go-to-Market Engine: Sustaining Momentum

Post-launch, we built a fast-moving ANZ marketing program, including senior-level relationship development, multi-channel demand campaigns, and a custom database designed to accelerate pipeline progression.

We concepted and executed Optimizely’s first-ever ANZ User Conference, themed “Creating the Future of Customer Experience Today.”
