Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This privacy policy applies to www.accelerato.co and explains how Accelerato collects and uses your personal information. Accelerato is a go-to-market consultancy for SaaS companies expanding into EMEA and APAC, and this website is where we share information about our services and our thinking. By using this website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Collection of Your Personal Information

When you contact us through the form on this website, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, work email address, company name and the content of your message. If you sign up for our newsletter, we also keep a record of that choice.

Like most websites, we also automatically collect some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, the time of your visit and the website that referred you. We use this to run the site, keep it working well and understand how it is used overall.

We may collect additional information in future. If we do, we will update this policy.

Use of Your Personal Information

We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to deliver the services you have asked for.

If you have agreed to receive one-to-one email communications, we may contact you about your enquiry and related services. If you have signed up for our newsletter, we will send it to you until you unsubscribe.

We do not sell, rent or lease your personal information to anyone.

We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us run this website, manage our email and analyse how the site is used. They may only use it to provide those services to us and must keep it confidential.

We may look at which pages visitors read most often so we can improve our content.

We will disclose your personal information without notice only if the law requires it, or if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to:

  • comply with a legal obligation or legal process served on Accelerato or this website;

  • protect and defend the rights or property of Accelerato; or

  • protect the personal safety of users of this website, or the public, in an emergency.

Use of Cookies

This website uses cookies, small text files stored by your browser, to help it work properly and to understand how visitors use it. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses to your device, and they can only be read by the website that set them.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most browsers accept them automatically, but you can change your browser settings to decline them. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Security of Your Personal Information

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children Under 13

This website is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Opt-Out and Unsubscribe

You can change your mind at any time. To stop receiving any or all communications from us, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or contact us at audrey@accelerato.co.

Your Rights Under the GDPR

This section applies if you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR give you specific rights over your personal information.

Who is responsible for your information

Accelerato is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. Our details are: Accelerato Pty Ltd, 216 Spit Road, Mosman NSW, Australia. You can contact us about anything in this policy at audrey@accelerato.co.

Our legal basis for using your information

We only use your personal information where the law allows us to. Depending on the situation, that means:

  • Consent, for one-to-one marketing emails and our newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

  • Legitimate interests, to respond to enquiries you send us, to run and improve this website, and to understand how it is used, provided this does not override your rights.

  • Contract, where we need your information to provide services you have engaged us for.

  • Legal obligation, where we must keep or disclose information to comply with the law.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;

  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;

  • ask us to delete your information;

  • ask us to restrict how we use your information;

  • object to our use of your information, including for direct marketing;

  • receive your information in a portable format and have it transferred to another organisation; and

  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did with your information before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at audrey@accelerato.co. We will respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on your request.

How long we keep your information

We do not use a customer database. Enquiries sent through this website arrive by email and are kept in our email account only for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any working relationship that follows. We regularly delete emails we no longer need. Newsletter subscribers stay on our mailing list until they unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

International transfers

Some of our service providers, such as email and website platforms, may store or process your information outside the EEA and UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the UK.

Making a complaint

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our website, our services or the law. The date at the top of this policy shows when it was last updated, and we encourage you to check it periodically.
